1. Who we are

AIgoHuman (aigohuman.com) operates the AI text humanization service described on this site. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to AIgoHuman. The data controller for this service can be reached at privacy@aigohuman.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: username, email (optional), hashed password, registration date, language preference, and a Telegram user ID if you link Telegram.
  • Submitted text: the text you paste into the humanizer and the rewritten outputs. Stored to provide history, retry, and refund logic.
  • Job metadata: iteration count, token cost, style pack chosen, status, timestamps, AI/human probability scores reported by our detector.
  • Payments: for Telegram Stars purchases we store the payment charge ID, the number of Stars paid, and the tokens credited. We do not store any card data or full Telegram payment details.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, request paths, error logs. Used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (G-2THLVSSPHX) records page views, referrer, approximate region, device class. IP is anonymized by Google.

3. How we use the data

  • To provide and operate the humanization service you requested.
  • To bill tokens and credit Telegram Stars payments.
  • To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and breaches of our terms.
  • To improve detection bypass quality (aggregated, anonymized signal only).
  • To send transactional notifications (job status, payment confirmation) via Telegram.
  • To comply with applicable law, including tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your data. We do not use submitted text to train any model. We do not share your text with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to run the pipeline (OpenAI for text generation, a third-party AI-text detection API for verification). Text is sent transiently for processing and not retained by these providers beyond their stated retention windows.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
  • Consent — for non-essential analytics cookies.
  • Legal obligation — tax and accounting records.

5. Retention

  • Account data: while your account is active, plus up to 12 months after deletion request for legal-compliance reasons.
  • Submitted text and outputs: deleted automatically 90 days after job completion, or earlier on request.
  • Payment records: 7 years (tax/accounting law).
  • Server logs: 30 days.

6. Your rights

If you reside in the EU/EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, port it, and object to processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@aigohuman.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

7. International transfers

OpenAI and our analytics provider process data in the United States. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by EU law.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2. All traffic is encrypted with TLS. API keys for upstream services are stored encrypted and never exposed to end-users. Access to production systems is limited to authorized administrators.

9. Children

The service is not directed at users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email (if provided) or a banner at the top of the site for at least 7 days.
