1. Service
AIgoHuman provides an AI text humanization service. You submit a text, the service rewrites it through multiple iterations to read more naturally. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must keep your credentials confidential. One Telegram account = one AIgoHuman account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Tokens and payments
Tokens are purchased with Telegram Stars and consumed when jobs are run. Token balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or stated below:
- If the system fails to produce any usable result (system error or detector outage), tokens are refunded in full automatically.
- If the output is less human-like than the input, half of the spent tokens are refunded automatically.
- Retry attempts on the same text cost half the standard rate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Generate or rewrite content that violates law in your jurisdiction (defamation, fraud, harassment, incitement, CSAM, etc.).
- Submit personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.
- Attempt to misrepresent AIgoHuman output as having been written by a specific real person.
- Submit academic work for assignments where AI assistance is forbidden by the institution.
- Probe, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, or security mechanisms.
5. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the text you submit and to the rewritten output. We claim no ownership over user content. We may store both for the limited period described in the Privacy Policy in order to operate the service.
6. No guarantee
AI detection is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that the output will pass any specific detector or evaluator. Token pricing and refund rules reflect this — you are paying for a humanization attempt, not a guaranteed result.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@aigohuman.com.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIgoHuman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email (if provided) or a banner at the top of the site for at least 7 days.
